Ordering helium filled balloons has become so easy for Forest Hills neighbors! With our minimal delivery charge starting from $5.00, you will have beautiful high quality helium filled balloons delivered to your door for your party.

We use highest quality latex balloons that are Earth Friendly and Biodegradable. Latex is harvested from rubber trees and the trees are not harmed in the harvesting process. Studies indicate that typical decomposition time for a balloon is about 6 months (about the same as an oak leaf) and latex harvesting discourages deforestation of rain forests. Also, Helium is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly gas.

Delivery Information:
All balloons are delivered helium filled, we apologize that we currently only service areas that are within 10 miles from the heart of Forest Hills, NY. Please contact us if you are within 10 miles from Forest Hills but can not complete online check out.

Online orders can be filled and delivered as soon as next day. Please input delivery date and preferred delivery time range.


CANCELLATION/CHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Balloon orders may be cancelled, changed, or rescheduled using the following guidelines.

1. HOW TO CANCEL
Please send your request by email to info@metropolitanballoon.com. We will respond with a cancellation confirmation. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us by calling 917-361-5855

DEADLINES FOR CANCELING

FOR ORDERS BEING DELIVERED
Requests for cancellation must be received by 12pm Eastern Time, two days prior to delivery date.

FOR ORDERS BEING PICKUP INSTORE
Requests for cancellation must be received by 12pm Eastern Time, one days prior to pickup date.

3. CANCELLATION FEE

A $5 cancellation fee applies to cancellations received by the deadlines noted above.

Full forfeiture of payment will apply to cancellations received after the deadlines noted above.

4. CHANGES or RESCHEDULLING
Changes may be made to orders with 24 hour notice prior to scheduled delivery date and time. Please send email request to info@metropolitanballoon.com.

5. REFUND
Unfortunately we are not able to process refund for balloons that are already filled. Balloons popped outside our store will not be replaced. Deflated mylar balloons can be exchanged or store credited if reported immediately (within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up).
